If you've tried any of their salsas, please let us know by leaving a comment. Thanks, -Editor 12-5 Update: Managed to squeeze in the door yesteday when they opened. Tried the Chuy's salsa fresca, which was excellent, much better than the standard salsa served at most Mexican restaurants. Made fresh every hour, this salsa has a nice tangy lime flavor. The chips are great too, thin and crispy, and served up warm. Prices are reasonable, somewhere in the $8 - $9 range for most of the meals. Here's a map of the site.
